Day 1 Srinagar: Welcome to the paradisiacal Kashmir
Indulge in the spirit of romance with the Shikara rides and overnight stays in houseboats at Dal Lake in Srinagar. You will be welcomed at the Srinagar International Airport by the agent’s representative who will then escort you to a jetty around Dal Lake. The houseboat at Dal is going to be your romantic abode for the first night of your Kashmir honeymoon package. Check-in, and dig into a piping hot lunch before relaxing for a while. Towards the evening, head for a Shikara ride to Nehru Park. The day concludes with a dinner and a romantic overnight stay in the houseboat itself. Day 2 Pahalgam: Leisure day to relax and unwind
Spend a day at leisure in the beautiful Vale of Pahalgam with your loved one. Have a hearty breakfast at the Dal Lake and proceed for Pahalgam by road. It is going to be a scenic and romantic journey with gorgeous valley views. Also, you can visit the Martand Sun Temple en route. Check-in and have lunch at the hotel. The evening is left free for you to explore the beautiful valley with your loved one. You can visit go for casual strolls within or near the hotel premises or check out the nearby markets for some souvenir shopping. Day 3 Pahalgam: Sightseeing at Pahalgam
Bond over some fun and adventure, as you go for local sightseeing and activities such as white water rafting. After a delicious breakfast at the hotel, head for short excursions from Pahalgam. You can take a pony ride to the Baisaran Valley or visit the beautiful Betaab Valley. For adventurous couples, there is an option of white water rafting in the Aru Valley located very close to Aru Valley. Return to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 4 Gulmarg: A romantic day in the meadows
Proceed to Gulmarg and spend the rest of the day in the meadow of flowers with your loved one. The next day of your Jammu Kashmir honeymoon package begins with a delightful breakfast at the hotel in Pahalgam after which you will be transferred to Gulmarg. After check-in and lunch at the hotel, you can rest for a while. In the evening, head out to explore the beautiful Meadow of Flowers with your loved one. You can head for pony rides in the Strawberry Field where the SRK-starer Jab Tak Hai Jaan was shot. Another option is to take an excursion to Alpather Lake. Alpather Lake is a little away from Gulmarg and involves an on-foot trek after an hour’s drive.
Day 5 Gulmarg: Enjoy a gondola cable car ride with your love
Head out with your love for a Gondola ride and some more local sightseeing in Gulmarg.After a sumptuous breakfast in the Gulmarg hotel, head to the valley for more sightseeing and activities. You can visit the Maharani Temple, Ziarat of Baba Reshi, and the highest golf course in the world. The beautiful views of the lush peaks that you see from the cable car are simply mesmerizing. After an exciting day, head back for dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel. Day 6 Srinagar: Romancing the Mughal Gardens
Add to the romance by losing yourself in the colorful and fragrant Mughal Gardens. Check-out from the Gulmarg hotel after a delicious breakfast and proceed to Srinagar. You can take an excursion directly to the Shankaracharya Hill Temple with your loved one before proceeding for check-in and lunch at the Srinagar hotel. Relax for a while and then in the evening, you can take a romantic tour of the beautiful Grand Mughal Gardens; namely Chashme Shahi, Nishat Bagh, and Shalimar Bagh. Day 7 Srinagar: A day trip to Sonamarg – The meadow of gold
Enjoy a pony ride at Thajiwas Glacier and short romantic walks in the beautiful setting of Sonamarg. The next stop of your honeymoon package of Kashmir is the Meadow of Gold. Have a wholesome breakfast at the Srinagar hotel, and then head to Sonamarg. Enjoy the awe-inspiring sceneries on the way, before stopping for lunch at a local restaurant. In Sonamarg, you can enjoy activities such as a pony ride at the Thajiwas Glacier, and watersports at Ganderbal. If you wish to take the blessings of the Almighty, you can also take a temple tour in Sonamarg. In the evening, you will be taken back to the hotel in Srinagar for dinner and an overnight stay. Day 8 Srinagar: Departure from Srinagar
Say goodbye to the paradisiacal land of Kashmir and board your flight to continue the happily married journey with your loved one. You will be transferred to the Srinagar Airport after breakfast in your hotel at Srinagar. Board the flight with beautiful memories of your Kashmir honeymoon tour. Distance from Srinagar to Srinagar Airport: 15 km Travel Triangle: 30 minutes Tip: Due to strict security, you are requested to leave the hotel at least 4 hours before the departure time. You will have to pass 4 security barriers before reaching the airport. This often leads to long traffic jams right outside the airport.
